Job Description

We are seeking dedicated & passionate individuals to join our Dietary team! Apply in person at 139 Moran Lake Rd Rome, GA 30161
Job Duties Include:
Meal Preparation:
Assist kitchen staff with washing, peeling, chopping, and preparing ingredients according to standardized recipes and portion controls.
Tray Assembly & Delivery:
Plate food according to specific diet orders (e.g., low sodium, diabetic, thickened liquids, NPO) and deliver trays to patient rooms or dining areas.
Sanitation & Cleaning:
Wash dishes, pots, and utensils; sweep and mop kitchen floors; and wipe down tables and food stations to maintain a clean environment.
Safety Compliance:
Monitor food and refrigerator temperatures, ensure proper storage of leftovers, and comply with all infection control guidelines.
Inventory Management:
Stock pantry items, store food supplies, and report any shortages to the dietary manager or cook.
