Responsibilities may include:

Prepare meals and serve Clean food stations and wash dishes, cooking vessels and silverware Stock ingredients and monitor inventory Take down dining areas and collect plates, glasses etc. Discard leftovers and take out garbage May assist in setting up tables or other dining areas Help maintain kitchen equipment and appliances Assist with putting truck order away Assist with organization and cleanliness of kitchen Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; certification in food services Ability to lift 20 lbs. Experience as a dietary aide preferred but not required Experience in customer service will be appreciated Knowledge of sanitation and safety guidelines Skilled in preparing meals according to instructions Knowledge of operation of cookware, bakeware and cooking appliances Friendly with good communication skills Good physical condition and stamina Valid Driver's License Ability to successfully pass a drug screen and pre-employment physical
