If you have a desire to work in an engaging environment with a team of professionals dedicated to the healing and health of the patients we serve, we want to hear from you! The Dietary Aide is responsible for helping with the preparation and service of breakfast, lunch and dinner meals for patients and facility staff according to the approved menu cycle and production sheets. The Dietary Aide is responsible for the following: maintaining an adequate supply of beverages, ensuring the cafeteria and dining room remain clean at all times, assisting in the preparation and delivery of patient meals and room supplies, operating the dish machine, recording temps on dish machine log, recording quat concentration ion sanitizing logs, recording food rotation log, cleaning, assisting the cook as required and stocking kitchen necessities on each floor as required. Prior experience in food service, and have a basic knowledge of food service sanitation is preferred. High School diploma required.
