Marklund in Geneva is hiring a Dietary Aide! Would you like to make a difference in the lives of others and be appreciated for what you do? Join us in making everyday life possible for individuals with profound disabilities and love your job! Paid Training Available! Marklund is seeking a Dietary Aide for our facility located in Geneva, IL. This is a part-time position with a schedule of Monday-Friday 7:00am-1:00pm. The starting pay rate is $16.25/hr. In addition to dishwashing this position assists in the set-up of meals, meal service for residents, and cleanup of kitchen and dining areas.
Who We Are:
Marklund is a nonprofit organization that serves infants, children, teens and adults with serious and profound developmental disabilities and special healthcare needs. With three residential locations - the Marklund Hyde Center in Geneva, the Marklund Philip Center in Bloomingdale, and the Marklund Wasmond Center in Elgin, it is currently home to nearly 174 clients. It is a Day School offering Multi-Needs and Life Skills programs for children and young adults with multiple medical needs, and those diagnosed on the Autism Spectrum. It is a skilled nursing unit for medically fragile children and adults, and a developmental training center for adults who need assistance in managing their disabilities.
