We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Dietary Aide to join our team at High Point Residence Salem South. In this role, you'll support the preparation and serving of nutritious meals, maintain a sanitary kitchen environment, and follow all food safety standards. Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in food service or a healthcare setting Ability to read and follow recipes and dietary guidelines Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with seniors or special dietary needs

Primary Responsibilities:

Assist in preparing and serving meals according to established dietary requirements Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment, including dishwashing and surface sanitizing Support inventory rotation, stocking, and ordering of food and supplies as needed Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations Communicate professionally with residents, families, and colleagues to support a welcoming dining environment
