7:00 AM-6:00 PM About the Role High Point Residence Tinley Park is seeking a dedicated and reliable Dietary Aide to join our team. In this role, you will assist with meal preparation and service, maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment, and help ensure residents enjoy a positive and dignified dining experience. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Previous food service or healthcare experience preferred Ability to read and follow recipes and dietary guidelines Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Primary Responsibilities Assist with preparing and serving meals according to dietary requirements Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen, including dishwashing and sanitizing surfaces Support stocking, inventory rotation, and food supply organization Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines Communicate professionally with residents, families, and team members Skills & Competencies The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, organized, and compassionate.
