Key Responsibilities Meal Service & Delivery:

Set up tray line stations, prepare and portion food (salads, desserts, snacks), and deliver meals to resident rooms or dining areas.

Dietary Compliance:

Follow specific diet orders, food preferences, and allergy restrictions for residents.

Sanitation & Cleaning:

Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, tray assembly belts, and kitchen equipment, including sweeping/mopping.

Food Safety:

Monitor food temperatures to ensure safety and proper storage.

Resident Interaction:

Provide friendly, respectful service, often assisting with menu choices and catering to individual tastes.
