Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Dietary Manager to join our team at Onyx Care of Ringgold . As a Dietary Manager , you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of patient care through effective management of dietary services. Dietary Manager will oversee the daily operations of our dietary department, ensuring that all patients receive well-balanced and nutritious meals.
Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise dietary staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations Develop and implement menus and meal plans that meet patient dietary needs and preferences Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations regarding dietary services Monitor and maintain accurate records of patient dietary intakes, including meal delivery and satisfaction surveys Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of dietary services Conduct quality assessments and improve processes to ensure high-quality patient care Maintain a safe and clean environment in the dietary department
Requirements:
Dietary Manager certification or equivalent experience Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a dietary management role Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Familiarity with dietary software and technology
