In this dynamic role, you will be the face of our establishment, delivering exceptional service to guests while also supporting the culinary operations behind the scenes. Duties Provide friendly and attentive service to guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere from arrival to departure Assist with food preparation, cooking, and plating to uphold high standards of presentation and quality Handle food safely by following proper food handling and sanitation procedures in compliance with health regulations Support menu planning efforts by understanding dish components and assisting with ingredient organization Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service standards Maintain cleanliness and organization in both dining areas and kitchen spaces, including dishwashing and equipment upkeep Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy service times and special catering events Qualifications Prior experience in food service, restaurant, or culinary environments is highly desirable Knowledge of dietary department practices and dietary aide experience is a plus Strong knife skills, food preparation, and cooking abilities are essential for BOH responsibilities Familiarity with food safety standards, meal preparation techniques, and food handling protocols Experience with menu planning, catering services, and fine dining environments is advantageous Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude to engage with guests and team members effectively Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Join us to be part of a lively team where your culinary talents and customer service skills will shine!
