Job Description

Dietary Aide Come join us at St. Patrick's Manor! A Faith-Based, Nonprofit, 303 bed, Short and Long-term care facility sponsored by the Carmelite Sisters. We are a place of life, a place of caring, and more importantly, a true home for our residents. Located on lush, manicured lawns and gardens in Framingham, MA, we are just minutes from Route 9 for easy access to the Mass Pike. We are seeking to hire a Dietary Aide - Part and Full-Time. $16 per hour. No Experience Necessary. Will Train! Full and Part-Time schedules available. Dietary Aide /
Kitchen Help Qualifications:
HIgh School diploma or equivalent. Previous food service experience preferred, but not required. Will train.
Dietary Aide Job Summary:
The Dietary Aide greets residents as they enter the dining room and assists them in finding their assigned seating. They provide assistance with selection of foods as well as pour coffee and other drinks, and clearing/cleaning tables. A high level of social interaction with residents is expected. Occasionally the Dietary Aide may be required to assist with cold food preparation under the direction of the chef.
Other Dietary Aide Tasks:
Set tables in dining rooms with correct place settings. Place appropriate beverages in dining rooms with correct place settings. Place appropriate beverages and items pertinent to each meal on dining room tables. Serve all food and desserts for dining room according to resident's requests with regard to specific food orders. Clear and clean tables and chairs after meals. This is a brief overview of job responsibilities and not intended to be all inclusive.
