Dietary Aide - Part-Time

Dietary Aide Come join us at Mount Carmel Care Center! We are a Faith-Based, Non-Profit, boutique-sized Long-Term Care facility (69 beds), nestled in the heart of the Berkshires. Twice voted "Best of the Berkshires," we are sponsored by the Carmelite Sisters for the Aged and Infirm since 2013 and maintain a mission-based environment for our staff and residents. We are looking to hire a Dietary Aide - Part-Time. $16.50 per hour plus shift differential.

Part-Time:

3pm to 7pm weekly (16 hours/week) plus Every Other Weekend and Holidays. Mount Carmel Care Center is Berkshire County's only faith based skilled nursing facility.

Dietary Aide Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent. Food service experience. Work within a fast paced environment. Must be able to work independently as well as part of the team. Must be able to interact with elderly residents and their families.

Dietary Aide Job Summary :

Greet residents as they enter the dining room. Provide assistance with selection of foods. Serve all food to resident's requests. Set/Clear/cleaning tables. High level of social interaction with residents is expected. Occasional assistance with cold food preparation under the direction of the chef. Ensure proper sanitation of the kitchen and equipment.
