Retail Assistant

We're looking for a friendly, reliable Retail Assistant to support food preparation and service for patients, staff, and visitors. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and take pride in cleanliness and quality, this is the role for you! Key Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and respond to their needs efficiently Prepare and serve food items according to menu selections and quality standards Maintain a clean and sanitary work area, including equipment and floors Follow safe food handling and infection control procedures Practice portion control and minimize waste to support financial performance Comply with health regulations and departmental policies (HACCP, TJC, etc.)

Qualifications Education:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Experience:

Customer service experience in a team setting preferred
