We are seeking a dynamic and energetic individual to join our team as a Passionate Farm to Table Cook! In this role, you will be the face of our brand, engaging with customers, showcasing delicious Mediterranean, Vegan, Vegetarian, and Kosher food while creating memorable experiences for our guests. Your enthusiasm for fresh ingredients, vibrant flavors from around the world, and nutritious vegan delights will drive brand awareness, foster community connections, and inspire others to explore new flavors. Duties Work with a team of professional culinarians and servers to provide top notch service to our guests Execute menus, prep, and meals for 10 person retreats to 300 person weddings Ensure that allergen and dietary concerns are met for every group or special event Maintain high kitchen sanitation and food safety standards Assist in accurate monthly inventory counts Participate in our growing offsite catering venture This position is full time and comes with a comprehensive benefit package and generous leave.
