Job Description

Dietary Aide Join our dedicated team at Adira Nursing and Rehab in Saginaw, Michigan, where we are committed to providing exceptional care and services to our residents. As a Dietary Aide, you will play a vital role in ensuring the nutritional needs of our residents are met, while also contributing to a positive and nurturing environment.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve meals and snacks to residents, ensuring each plate is presented with care and attention to detail Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to strict sanitation and safety standards Assist with menu planning, food preparation, and food service as needed Monitor and record resident consumption and preferences, making recommendations for modifications as necessary Collaborate with the dietary team to ensure seamless service and high-quality meal delivery
Requirements:
Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
