Job Description
Job Overview Join our dedicated team as a Dietary Aide. This is a day shift position that works every other weekend for 6 hours/day. You will assist in meal preparation, food handling, and sanitation efforts within the facility. Your positive attitude and commitment to cleanliness will ensure residents receive nourishing, safe, and enjoyable meals, fostering comfort and well-being every day. Responsibilities Assist with food production and meal preparation in accordance with dietary guidelines and safety standards Serve meals to residents or patients with friendly customer service, ensuring their dietary needs are met Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen areas, dining spaces, and food handling equipment Support food safety protocols by following proper hygiene practices and handling procedures Help with bussing tables, cleaning dining areas, and disposing of waste to uphold sanitation standards Collaborate with the dietary team to ensure timely delivery of meals and snacks throughout the day Support dietary department operations by organizing supplies, stocking food items, and assisting with inventory management Skills Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, respectful approach toward residents or patients Ability to work collaboratively within a team dedicated to high-quality food service and resident care Apply online today!
