Job Description

Cura Health is seeking a dedicated Morning Dietary Aide to join our nutrition services team. In this important morning shift role, you will help prepare and serve breakfast and lunch meals that meet the specific dietary requirements of our patients. Your contribution ensures patients start their day with the right nutrition and enjoy timely, high-quality meals that support their health and recovery. Key Responsibilities Assist in preparing and delivering breakfast and lunch meals according to prescribed diet plans. Maintain strict adherence to food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards during meal preparation and service. Provide friendly assistance to patients during meal times, addressing special dietary needs and preferences. Keep the dietary kitchen and dining areas clean and organized throughout the morning shift. Collaborate with dietary staff and healthcare professionals to ensure smooth morning meal operations. Stock and inventory dietary supplies as needed for the morning meal service. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory. Previous experience in food service or healthcare dietary roles is advantageous. Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-focused attitude. Ability to work early morning shifts reliably and efficiently. Team player who can also work independently when needed. Dedicated to promoting patient health through nutritious meal service.
