Willowcreek Wellness & Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated Dietary Aide to join our team! As a Dietary Aide, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents by assisting with meal preparation, service, and clean-up. Principal Responsibilities:

Assist with food ordering, storage, and preparation as designated by the supervisor Assist cooks as directed by the supervisor Prepare and label nourishments according to center procedures Prepare and portion desserts, salads, and other non-entre foods into dishes; pour beverages Follow production sheets and pre-preparation sheets or guidelines when appropriate Complete pre-preparation as needed or assigned, including washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables and fruits to prepare for use; slice meat and measure or weigh for menu compliance and nutrition accuracy Follow the cleaning schedule; clean equipment and work area after each use; sweep and mop kitchen floors as assigned; take trash to dumpster as assigned; wash pots and pans as assigned

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent One year's work in a large-scale cooking operation, preferred but not required Benefits for
