What Will You Do in This Role? As a Dietary Aide, you are responsible for performing a variety of tasks in the preparation, service, and clean up for meals served to residents in the nursing center.   • A fire and passion for working with seniors
  • A flexible, fun, and energetic personality
  • High school diploma, or equivalent, required
  • Prior dietary experience in a
LTC/SNF/AL/MC
setting highly preferred
  • Professional image in both appearance and behavior
