Job Description

Our mission, at Crest Nursing Home, is to improve the lives of the residents we serve. We believe in Dignity, Integrity, Service, Compassion, and Respect. We are seeking a Full-Time Dietary Aide to join our team of exceptional and motivated caregivers. We are looking for individuals that want to make a difference in the lives of those around them, want to be challenged and rewarded. Day shift with possibility of every other weekend off.
Requirements:
Experience preferred but not necessary. Must be a supportive team member, contribute to and be an example of team work and team concept. Must have patience, tact, a cheerful disposition and enthusiasm, as well as the willingness to handle difficult residents. Must be able to relate information concerning a resident's condition to supervisor or nurse. The Dietary Aide's primary duties include providing support to the Dietary Manager in assisting with food preparation, serving and delivering meals to our residents.
