Job Description

Cypress Glen Retirement Community, a Continuing Care/Life Plan Retirement Community located in Greenville, NC is currently seeking a Dietary Aide. Cypress Glen is home to approximately 400 seniors and employs approximately 250 staff members. The community culture is one of inclusion, warmth, and mutual respect for both residents and staff. JOB SUMMARY
Aids in food preparation, and serves meals to patrons in the dining establishment by performing the following duties: Helps with setting up the serving line Serves food on the line Assist residents with their trays Replenishes condiments, napkins, and beverages on serving line Prepares coffee and tea as needed Removes used trays and dishes from the tables in dining room after dinnr and transports them to the dish room Assist in dish room washing and putting away dishes Sweep and mop kitchen floors Take out garbage Wash pots and pans Serve and set up meals in Healthcare, reset for the next meal Complete sanitation assignments Perform other duties as assigned Adhere to Corporate Compliance as stated in the Standards of Conduct Adhere to HIPAA regulations regarding the Protected Health Information (PHI) of the residents and employees This is a part-time position. Weekend work required along with 2 to 3 nights during the week. Hours are 4 p.m. - 8 p.m.
