PrincipleLTC is seeking an experienced Regional Certified Dietary Manager to provide support to our Raleigh and coastal North Carolina skilled nursing facilities.

JOB SUMMARY
Some of the job responsibilities may include but are not limited to: Responsible for overseeing the Dietary Department. Recruitment, Hiring, and Supervision of Dietary Department staff. Ensure that all food procedures are followed in accordance with established policies. Work with all departments within the facility to ensure positive resident outcomes. Ensure all policies and procedures of the Dietary Department are followed by staff. Responsible for meeting budgetary goals of the department. Perform administrative tasks and prepare reports, as requested. Ensure excellent communication among staff, residents, and families. Respect others by treating them the way we want to be treated. Demonstrate kindness, compassion, honesty, and integrity at all times. REQUIREMENTS
