Job Description

Position Summary We are seeking a dependable and compassionate Dietary Aide to join our team. This role assists with meal preparation, food service, and maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment while providing excellent service to residents. Responsibilities Assist with meal preparation and food production in a senior living community kitchen Follow recipes, menus, and portion guidelines to ensure accurate meal preparation Serve meals to residents in a friendly and professional manner Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen, dining, and food storage areas Follow all food safety, sanitation, and infection control procedures Assist with dishwashing and kitchen cleanup as needed Respond to resident dietary requests and concerns in a courteous manner Work collaboratively with dietary staff and other team members Qualifications Previous experience in food service, dietary, culinary, healthcare, or a related field preferred Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Excellent customer service and communication skills Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented Schedule Part-Time Join our team and help provide quality meals and exceptional service to our residents every day. Our goal is to create positive experiences for our residents and their families. We are looking for team members that are naturally positive, collaborative, who genuinely show care for the residents, willing to support coworkers, and exhibit leadership characteristics. Employees must be able to provide documents showing proof of identity and authorization to work in the US.
