Dietary Aide Join the Grand Villa Assisted Living Team! We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dietary Aide to join our food service team at Grand Villa Assisted Living in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. As a Dietary Aide, you will play a vital role in ensuring the comfort and well-being of our residents by providing exceptional dietary care and support. About the
Role:
As a Dietary Aide, you will be responsible for assisting with food preparation, serving meals, and maintaining a clean and safe dining environment. This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with food preparation, including portioning, garnishing, and serving meals Maintain a clean and organized dining environment, adhering to sanitation and safety standards Assist with resident meal service, including tray delivery and removal Monitor and maintain inventory of food and supplies Collaborate with the dietary team to plan and implement special events and activities Provide exceptional customer service to residents and their families

Requirements:
