RESPONSIBLE TO
Nutritional Services Personnel Manager
PRIMARY JOB FUNCTION
Waiting on customers, serving food, drinks, and making specialty drinks, along with running the till and ringing up customers.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Must be able to fill, serve from, and clean the steam-table and access food and serve drinks from the cooler and freezer.

Must demonstrate flexible attitude in accepting changes in job assignments and a patient, cooperative manner in working with fellow employees, helping to create a positive work environment. Creating a positive experience for those who enter Butler Bistro with a positive and welcoming customer service.

Must have organizational skills to complete duties in accordance with established policies and procedures; including but not limited to proper cleaning, sanitation, safe operating procedures in competing food production, washing and storing dishes.

Responsible to attend in-service meetings regularly to stay informed and learn new procedures.

Responsible to act respectfully and uphold resident rights in all actions including confidentiality of resident information, and not act in any manner that would be considered emotional or physical abuse or neglectful of resident needs.

Responsible to report any incident of abuse or unsafe conditions to your immediate supervisor.

Personal appearance must be neat and clean with good hygiene following Nutritional Services Dress Code.

Must be punctual and dependable with attendance.

Must be aware of the Voluntary Protection Program (VPP) and Risk Management/Safety Program and follow all safety policies and procedures when completing tasks as indicated in both the Nutritional Services Department, as well as facility-wide.

Ability to lift 10 to 25 pounds frequently, 25 to 40 pounds occasionally, 40 to 50 pounds rarely. Ability to push and pull hot/cold carts 10 to 25 pounds frequently, 25 to 40 pounds occasionally, and 40 to 75 pounds rarely. #INDANC
