Job Summary:
Provides services to residents in a caring, safe, and efficient manner; and is responsible to perform the following:
Job Duties:
Provides housekeeping and laundry services to assists residents with keeping living areas clean and operational. Assists residents with bathing and dressing. Cleans common areas. Assists in tasks related to dining and food preparation (escorting residents, setting, busing, and cleaning tables, cooking, serving meals and dishwashing, etc.). Provides assistance with tours and wellness or recreational programs and encourages residents to participate. Provides assistance to other staff when needed. Observes residents, provides, or assists with documentation. Responds promptly and appropriately to resident's needs. Demonstrates safe and proper techniques for chemical use and follows SDS guidelines for any exposure. Adheres to OSHA and CDC guidelines.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
Must be 16-years or older. Must be able to read, write and speak the English Language and understand and follow written and oral direction. Must be able to relate to and work with the disabled and elderly. Must possess good public relations skills, professional demeanor, and leadership ability. Exhibit understanding, patience, and tact in dealing with tenants, families, co-workers and visitors.
