We won the Pinnacle Quality Insight 2023 Customer Experience Award. Qualifying in Admission Process, Cleanliness, Dining Service, Laundry Service, and Quality of Food categories, the Pinnacle Customer Experience Award means that Warde has placed in the top 15% of care providers nationwide across a 12-month average. Join our excellent team of professionals to help meet the medical, social and spiritual needs of the people we serve. Warde Senior Living in Windham, NH, is a 39-bed Assisted Living community and a 32-bed skilled nursing facility offering short and long-term care in a warm, supportive atmosphere where residents are cared for according to their individual needs. We also have 21 brand new independent living apartments that provide an affordable living option to our community. Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage Earn additional pay of $2400 per year, if you are enrolled in another employer-sponsored health insurance plan Critical illness, accident, long-term disability, legal plan and pet insurance available Company-paid short-term disability and life insurance Flexible Spending Account 401K Plan, with 3% automatic employer contribution (after 1 year of employment) Dietary Aide Job Responsibilities; Assist in serving meals that are palatable, appetizing and on a timely basis in accordance with current menu, following time and temperature standards Set up meal trays, food carts, dining room Serve food in accordance to current diet, texture and liquid consistency orders; follow established portion control procedures Assist in checking resident meals or trays before distribution Deliver food carts, trays and other items to designated area Remove soiled carts and dishes from dining area upon completion of meal service Wash dishes, utensils, pots and pans; return clean items to proper storage areas and ensure that they are ready for use for next meal Requirements High School Diploma or GED preferred, or any combination of education, training and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position Food service experience preferred but on-the-job training is available Must be able to read, write and speak English All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex or national origin, marital or familial status, age or mental or physical handicap.
