Excelcare at Norwood is seeking a dependable Dietary Aide to join our team in a skilled nursing facility. This role supports meal service, food preparation, and maintaining a clean dining environment while helping ensure residents receive quality meals and excellent service. 401k with up to 5% matching Paid time off, paid sick time and paid holidays Tapcheck, unlock earnings early Employee-only discounts, perks and rewards programs Key Responsibilities Assist in preparing and serving meals according to dietary guidelines Deliver trays to resident rooms and dining areas Follow portion control and sanitation procedures Clean and sanitize workstations, equipment, and dishware Assist with food storage and inventory rotation Provide snacks and hydration as directed Support special dietary needs and resident preferences Work collaboratively with dietary and nursing staff Requirements High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous experience in food service or healthcare setting a plus Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and teamwork skills Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods Must be available to work every other weekend We are an equal opportunity employer
