Job Description

The Simon & Sylvia Zisman Seashore Gardens Living Center is an independent, nonprofit home for the aged with over 100 years of service. We are looking for a dedicated Dietary Aides, and Servers. The primary purpose of your job position is to provide assistance in all dietary functions as directed/instructed and in accordance with established Kosher Style Dietary practices.
Job Functions:
Assist in serving meals as necessary and on a timely basis. Assist in daily cleaning duties (cleaning tables, refrigerators, floors, utensils, etc.) Assist cook in preparing meals in accordance with sanitary regulations. Assist in checking diet trays before distribution. Deliver food carts, trays, etc. to designated areas. Assist in inventorying and storing in-coming food, supplies, etc. as necessary. Dispose of food and waste in accordance with established policies. Maintain confidentiality of all pertinent resident care information to assure resident rights are protected.
