Direct Deposit Pay Rate:
$16.63•19.75 Key Responsibilities Meal preparation — Assist with preparing and plating meals following standardized recipes and resident diet orders, including therapeutic, texture‑modified, and allergen‑restricted diets. Meal service — Serve meals in the dining room or deliver trays to resident rooms, ensuring correct portions, temperatures, and presentation. Dietary compliance — Verify trays against diet cards and communicate any concerns or changes in resident dietary needs to nursing or dietary staff. Sanitation & cleaning — Wash dishes, clean kitchen surfaces, sanitize equipment, and maintain a safe, hygienic food‑service environment following infection‑control standards. Inventory support — Assist with receiving, storing, and rotating food supplies to minimize waste. Record keeping — Maintain accurate logs of meals served, temperatures, and special diet requirements. Team communication — Coordinate with dietary staff, nurses, and care teams to support resident nutrition plans. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required.. Experience in a nursing home or healthcare food‑service setting preferred.
