Job Overview:

Direct and supervise kitchen service shift activities including meal assembly and delivery of food to the patient floors. Supervise the sanitation of the kitchen including dishwashing and pot room functions, floor care, and cleaning of equipment. Communicate effectively with staff to drive employee engagement. Initiate process improvement, participate in quality initiatives, and recommend performance management. Work collaboratively with the Operations Manager and other shift supervisors to provide consistent leadership.

Qualifications:

College degree from an accredited institution with a major in Food Service Management Completion of Food Service Supervisor's Certification course Certification through Dietary Mangers Association 3-5 years' experience in high volume food service Healthcare experience

Certifications and Licenses Required Sanitation Certification Scheduling Requirements:

Shifts vary between 5:00am-1:30pm and 12:30pm-9:00pm Rotating weekends
