  • Full-time Will be responsible for participation in the resident nutritional care plan process, performing duties such as information gathering, communicating findings to clinical staff and working directly with residents on a one-to-one basis.
Qualifications:
Must possess an Associate's Degree in Nutritional Care, Dietetics or related field (BS Food and Nutrition from an accredited institution) plus a minimum one (1) year of long-term care experience. Or be in the process of obtaining a BS in Food and Nutrition or DTR accreditation with a minimum of five (5) years long-term care experience. Salary
