Job Description

At Campbell Hall Rehabilitation Center, we are dedicated to providing exceptional care and quality of life for our residents. We are seeking a dependable, compassionate, and hardworking Dietary Aide to join our Dietary Services team. Position Summary:
The Dietary Aide assists with the preparation, assembly, delivery, and cleanup of meals while ensuring residents receive nutritious meals that meet their dietary needs. This position plays an essential role in creating a positive dining experience for our residents.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and assemble resident meal trays according to prescribed diets. Deliver meals to residents in a courteous and timely manner. Assist residents with meal setup as appropriate. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, dining areas, and equipment. Wash dishes, utensils, pots, and pans following sanitation procedures. Stock supplies and assist with inventory rotation. Follow all infection control, food safety, and sanitation regulations. Maintain compliance with facility policies, state regulations, and health department standards. Work collaboratively with dietary staff, nursing, and other departments. Perform other duties as assigned by the Dietary Manager or Food Service Director.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in a healthcare, nursing home, or food service setting is preferred but not required. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds. Must be reliable, punctual, and a team player.
Schedule:
Full-time and Part-time positions available. Every other weekend and holidays required.
