Job Description

Major job responsibilities of the Dietary Supervisor include, but are not limited to the following: The Dietary Supervisor will assist the Food Service Director as needed to plan, organize, develop and direct the overall operation of the Dietary Department. The Dietary Supervisor will assure that quality nutritional services are provided and that the dietary department is maintained in a clean, safe and sanitary manner as per current federal, state and local regulations, as well as facility and departmental
Job Requirements:
Minimum high school diploma or GED Graduate of an accredited dietetics course approved by NYS One plus years experience in a supervisory capacity in a health care dietary department is a must Salary Commensurate with experience We are an
