Dietary Aide

Dietary Aide Job Summary:

Swan Lake Nursing & Rehabilitation is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Dietary Aide to join our team on a Per Diem basis. As a member of our food service team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of quality and care for our residents. If you possess strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

Portion and serve food items to residents Deliver trays and carts to resident floors Clean and maintain dining rooms, tray line, dish room, and pot sink areas Sweep and mop floors Dispose of trash and recyclables Assist with food preparation and meal setup as needed

Requirements:

High School Diploma or Equivalent Ability to perform some physical work Prior experience in food service or cooking is a plus Positive attitude and energy are essential Ability to work effectively as a team member

Work Environment:

Per Diem position with a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays Work in our state-of-the-art skilled nursing facility in Patchogue, NY Collaborate with our dedicated team of healthcare professionals to provide exceptional care to our residents
