Skills Required:

Must be 18 years of age; Excellent Customer Service Skills; Must have a loving need to help the elderly; First Aide and CPR Certified within 60 days of hire; Must have excellent attendance and work history; Must be able to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel and the general public; Must be able to stand for the entire shift, and to push, pull move and/or lift supplies and equipment, max50 lbs.; Must be able to grasp, pull, push, twist, squat, walk, and use both hands as described on the Job Analysis sheet; Must work with various cleaning chemicals and must comply with Blood-borne pathogen exposure policy A complete list of job duties will be provided upon an interview in the job description.
