  • Full-time Certified Dietary Manager Join Cedar Point Care & Rehabilitation in Clyde, OH, as we seek a dedicated and experienced Certified Dietary Manager to lead our food service department!
As a Certified Dietary Manager , you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our dietary department, ensuring that patients receive high-quality, nutritious meals that meet their individual needs. In this full-time role, you will play a critical part in maintaining our facility's standards of quality care and patient satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise dietary staff, providing guidance and training to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and facility policies Plan, prepare, and serve patient meals that meet dietary needs and preferences Conduct dietary assessments, develop meal plans, and track patient nutrition progress Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation of dietary services and patient outcomes Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans that incorporate dietary needs Monitor and control food costs, inventory, and menu planning Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards for food service operations
Requirements:
Current certification as a Dietary Manager or related field At least 1-2 years of experience in a dietary management role Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly Knowledge of nutrition principles, food safety protocols, and regulatory standards for food service operations
