  • 11am Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, with Monday's and Wednesday's off.
Duties:
  • Assist in meal preparation and food production in accordance with dietary guidelines and regulations.
  • Serve meals to residents and ensure proper portion control.
  • Set up dining areas and maintain cleanliness and organization.
  • Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas.
  • Assist with bussing tables and dishwashing as needed.
  • Follow food safety protocols to maintain a safe and hygienic environment.
  • Provide excellent customer service to residents and address any concerns or special requests.
Experience:
  • Previous experience in food service or working in a dietary department preferred.
  • Knowledge of meal preparation techniques and food industry standards.
  • Strong time management skills to ensure meals are served on schedule.
  • Ability to follow recipes and dietary restrictions.
  • Excellent customer service skills to interact with residents in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Understanding of food safety practices and ability to maintain a clean and sanitary work environment.
