Job Description
Galion Meadows Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking a dependable and compassionate Dietary Aide to join our team. In this role, you will assist with daily food service operations while ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming dining environment for our residents. This position is essential in supporting quality care and enhancing the overall resident experience. Key Responsibilities Assist with food preparation and meal service in accordance with established policies Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and dining areas Complete assigned cleaning duties and daily tasks as directed Properly dispose of waste following sanitation guidelines Report any unsafe or hazardous conditions to a supervisor Interact respectfully with residents, staff, and visitors Protect resident privacy and maintain confidentiality at all times Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Must be able to work well with residents, families, staff, and the public Ability to safely handle food, supplies, and cleaning materials Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and respectful environment Why Join Galion Meadows?
