Job Description

More than a Job-A Chance to Care Our gorgeous Avenue at Lyndhurst is looking for caring, dependable individuals to join their Food Service Team! Why Join Our Team? Conveniently located between Wilson Mills & Mayfield Roads in Lyndhurst! Work in a resort-restaurant style kitchen and a dining room! We offer employee engagement activities to build a positive work culture and promote teamwork. Join our dietary team as a Dietary Aide and help create a clean, welcoming, and nourishing environment for our residents. If you're dependable, energetic, and enjoy working in a fast-paced kitchen, we'd love to meet you!
Job Duties:
Prepare and restock drink and hospitality carts Assist with meal setup and delivery Wash dishes and clean kitchen areas Set up and clean dining room tables Support stock organization and trash removal Complete daily cleaning assignments Sweep and mop kitchen before shift ends
Qualifications:
Ability to read and write in English Able to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs Comfortable standing, walking, and bending throughout shift Manual dexterity for handling kitchen tools Tolerance for heat, steam, and cold in kitchen areas The Avenue at Lyndhurst is a post-hospital rehabilitation and skilled nursing care facility offering a distinctive experience not commonly found in traditional care settings.
