Job Description
1. Handle, prepare and serve food in a sanitary manner. 2. Set up trays and food service carts accurately and timely. 3. Serve and bus trays. 4. Pour and cover beverages. 5. Assist in preparing, covering and labeling food 6. Assist in the proper care, use and cleaning of kitchen equipment. 7. Ensure food service equipment is in and is kept in good working order. 8. Work cooperatively with dietary staff and other departments. 9. Attend in-service training programs for dietary employees. 10. Observe infection control procedures. 11. Ensure the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process is followed in accordance to State & Federal Guidelines. 12. Follow Residents' Rights policies at all times. 13. Adhere to all facility policies & procedures. 14. Ensure adherence to the Corporate Integrity Program and the Performance Expectations at all times. 15.
