Job Description
Do you have experience in Dietary Service? Marion Rehab would like you to join our team. Dietary Aide's responsibilities. Set up tables or other areas Prepare meals under supervision of cook Deliver dishes and trays to floors Take down dining areas and collect plates, glasses, etc. Discard leftovers and take out the garbage. Clean food stations and wash dishes, cooking vessels and silverware. Help maintain kitchen equipment and appliances. Ensure food stocks are full and replace when needed. Prepare meals maintaining quality and good sanitation. Other duties as assigned. Previous experience in the kitchen Thorough knowledge of safety guidelines and sanitation Good communication skills Ability to cooperate and work in a team' Ability to work efficiently and quickly Ability to stand for long periods #IND123
