Job Description

Dietary Manager Senior Suites at St. Clair Commons St. Clairsville, Ohio Serve with Purpose. Lead with Heart. Senior Suites at St. Clair Commons is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dietary Manager to join our Assisted Living team. This leadership role is ideal for someone who is passionate about nutrition, food service excellence, and enhancing the quality of life for our residents through exceptional dining experiences. As Dietary Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the dietary department while ensuring residents receive nutritious, appealing meals in a safe and welcoming environment. Responsibilities Lead, supervise, and support the dietary team Plan, organize, and implement menus that meet resident preferences and nutritional needs Ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and infection control regulations Monitor food inventory, ordering, and departmental budgets Conduct resident dietary assessments and address special dietary requirements Work closely with Nursing, Activities, and other departments to promote resident satisfaction Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen operation Monitor resident feedback and continuously improve dining services Qualifications ServeSafe Certification
REQUIRED
Person-in-Charge Certification preferred Previous dietary management, food service, or healthcare dining experience preferred Strong leadership and team-building skills Excellent communication and organizational abilities Knowledge of food safety regulations and dietary requirements Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds Passion for serving seniors and creating a positive dining experience Why Join Senior Suites at St. Clair Commons?
