Job Description

Bring Hospitality to Life-Every Meal, Every Moment At Epworth Villa, we believe dining is more than a task-it s an experience. As a Pantry Aide , you ll play a meaningful role in creating a warm, welcoming environment where residents feel valued, cared for, and truly at home. Through thoughtful service, genuine connection, and beautifully presented meals, you ll help turn everyday moments into something special.
Available Shifts:
Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and every other Wednesday | 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM What You ll Do Prepare and present meals and pantry items with care, attention to detail, and a sense of pride Serve residents with warmth and enthusiasm, confidently sharing meal options and ensuring an enjoyable dining experience Create a welcoming dining atmosphere by engaging with residents, anticipating needs, and delivering gracious, personalized service Bus tables, refresh beverages, and maintain clean, inviting dining and kitchen spaces Observe residents during meals and throughout the day, communicating any changes or concerns to the Charge Nurse Support individualized care plans under nurse supervision, always prioritizing dignity and respect Assist with light housekeeping and laundry to maintain a comfortable, home-like environment Participate in ongoing training to strengthen skills in hospitality, safety, nutrition, and dementia care Attend all required in-service education sessions What We re Looking For A naturally caring, service-minded approach with a passion for working with seniors Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect, engage, and communicate warmly with residents and team members Confidence in presenting and serving meals in an inviting, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic manner Excellent organization and time-management skills Ability to speak, read, and write English Ability to lift or occasionally exert 50-100 lbs.
