About the Role As a Dietary Aide, you'll play a key role in supporting the physical and emotional well-being of patients and staff by preparing nutritious, high-quality meals in a safe and sanitary environment. This position includes food prep, meal service, kitchen sanitation, and maintaining logs and records, all while ensuring a professional and respectful experience for all patients. What You'll Do Prepare meals for patients and staff, ensuring nutritional value and taste. Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in kitchen and dining areas. Ensure proper storage of food items and comply with dietary regulations and procedures. Support new kitchen staff and provide training when needed. Complete documentation such as temperature logs and inventory tracking. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently. Assist in ordering, stocking, and managing kitchen inventory. Maintain professionalism and respect in all patient and staff interactions.
