As a Part-Time Dietary Aide , you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of life for our residents. About the Role We're seeking a reliable, energetic, and detail-oriented individual with culinary or dietary experience to join our team. As a Dietary Aide, you will assist with meal preparation and service, plate and portion meals according to dietary guidelines, and maintain the cleanliness of kitchen, equipment, and work areas. You will also support the Dietary Manager and Cook with daily tasks and follow all safety, sanitation, and infection control procedures. Responsibilities Assist with meal preparation and service for residents Plate and portion meals according to dietary guidelines Deliver meals to dining areas and resident rooms as needed Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, equipment, and work areas Wash dishes, utensils, and food service items Follow all safety, sanitation, and infection control procedures Support the Dietary Manager and Cook with daily tasks Requirements Previous dietary or food service experience required (healthcare experience preferred) Strong teamwork and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Dependable, positive, and resident-centered Must be available evenings and weekends Schedule Part-Time schedule with opportunity for additional hours Consistent schedule with opportunity for additional hours Why Join Nightingale?
