In this role, you will help prepare and serve nutritious meals while creating a positive dining experience for our residents. Responsibilities Prepare and cook meals according to standardized recipes and therapeutic diets. Assist with meal preparation, serving, and tray assembly. Ensure meals are prepared and served in accordance with food safety and sanitation standards. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, dining areas, equipment, and workstations. Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment. Properly store food and monitor temperatures. Work closely with the Dietary Manager and clinical team to meet residents' nutritional needs. Provide friendly, courteous service to residents and staff. Qualifications Previous experience in food service or institutional cooking is preferred, but not required. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent customer service and teamwork skills. Must be dependable, organized, and compassionate.
