Duties Assist with food production and meal preparation, ensuring all dietary standards and safety protocols are followed Serve meals to residents or patients with professionalism and kindness, accommodating special dietary needs as required Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and dining areas through proper cleaning, sanitizing, and waste disposal practices Support food handling, bussing tables, and clearing dishes promptly to ensure a tidy dining environment Follow food safety guidelines during food handling, storage, and serving to prevent contamination Help with inventory management by organizing supplies and notifying supervisors of stock needs Collaborate with kitchen staff and dietary team to ensure timely meal delivery and excellent customer service Skills Strong knowledge of food production, preparation, serving techniques, and sanitation standards Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy meal periods Ability to handle food safely while adhering to health regulations and safety protocols Effective communication skills for working with residents, patients, team members, and supervisors Experience with food handling equipment and kitchen tools is preferred Demonstrated commitment to customer service excellence and maintaining a positive attitude in fast-paced settings Join us in delivering compassionate care through nutritious meals!
