Milton Nursing & Rehab - now under new ownership - is a 138 bed long and short term care facility. We are looking for compassionate, dedicated individuals to join our team. You'll go beyond just serving food—you'll be building relationships, bringing smiles to the dining room, and ensuring our seniors receive the nutrition they need in a clean, friendly environment. What You'll Do Set the
Stage:
Prepare the dining room with clean linens, silver, and glassware.
Personalized Service:
Deliver meals to residents, ensuring their specific dietary needs (like low sugar or texture-modified diets) are met with accuracy.
Kitchen Support:
Assist the Cook with light food prep, such as portioning desserts, pouring beverages, and preparing salads.
Maintain Excellence:
Clear tables and wash dishes, ensuring the kitchen and dining areas meet high sanitation standards. Be a

Work alongside our clinical and culinary staff to provide a top-tier dining experience. What We're Looking For Heart for

Reliability:
You understand that our residents count on you for their meals every day.
Communication:
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English.
Experience:
Previous experience in food service or healthcare is a plus, but we are happy to train the right person!
Benefits:
Competitive Union pay: $14.50 per hour + uniform stipends twice a year. Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance. 401K with company match. Paid Time Off & Sick time. This building is compliant with all resident to staff ratios set forth by the state.
