Job Description

Pinnacle Dietary Global, a leading provider of dietary management services, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dietary Aide to join our team in Philadelphia, PA. As a Dietary Aide, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of quality and safety in food preparation, serving, and presentation for our clients.
Dietary Aide Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve meals to patients, residents, and staff in accordance with established recipes, menu cycles, and food safety guidelines Assist with food preparation, including food cutting, mixing, and cooking Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to sanitation and safety standards Assist with inventory management, receiving, and storing food, supplies, and equipment Collaborate with other dietary staff to ensure efficient meal service and effective communication Participate in menu planning, ordering, and receiving supplies and equipment Maintain accurate records of food temperatures, inventory, and supplies
Dietary Aide Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent preffered 1 year of experience in food service, dietary, or related field preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines Excellent communication and teamwork skills Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy equipment and supplies (up to 50 pounds)
