Certified Dietary Technician

Certified Dietary Technician Come join us at Mt. Macrina Manor! We are a Faith-Based, Nonprofit, 120-bed Skilled Nursing facility in a peaceful, rural area directly off Route 40 in Uniontown. We have served southwestern Pennsylvania since 1971. Our mission is based upon the sponsorship of the Sisters of St. Basil the Great and our staff continues the mission of the Sisters by providing joyous, compassionate care that preserves the human dignity of all whom we serve. We are seeking to hire a Certified Dietary Technician to become a part of our facility's compassionate care-giving team. •

Full-Time Certified Dietary Technician Qualifications:

Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) credential required (or eligible). Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred. Knowledge of nutrition and therapeutic diets. Strong communication and organizational skills.

Certified Dietary Technician Job Summary:

Assist with nutritional screenings and assessments. Support development and implementation of resident care plans. Monitor residents' food intake and nutritional status. Collaborate with dietitian, nursing staff, and food service team. Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. Provide basic nutrition education to residents and families.
